1. Can I cutout the hole in my countertop for my sink without a template?
This is not recommended. GOURMETIER sink provides a template on every sink for this purpose.
2. Can I install Princeton Brass shower valves back to back?
Yes, Princeton Brass shower valves can be installed back to back by reversing the stop collar, see full instructions at_(link to Back to back installation)
3. Can I use my old drain assembly on my new Princeton Brass bathroom lavatory faucet?
Clean your faucet with a mild soapy water solution and a damp cloth, rinse well with water insuring not to leave any residual cleaner solution, dry with a soft cloth, should you have any leftover hard water stains, clean with a 50/50 solution of vinegar/water,  periodically apply a soft non abrasive wax, this will preserve the finish of your faucet for years to come.
4. How can a vessel sink be installed?
A vessel sink is a sink that rests partially (recessed installation) or completely above the surface (countertop installation) on the vanity. It does not install under the countertop. Vessel sinks are their own separate unit and need to be installed a certain way.
5. How do I find out if my valve is upside down?
First remove the handle and retaining collar #19 & 18 on fig 1
6. How do I install a pedestal sink?
Pedestal sinks are wall-mount installation, either hung on the metal bracket that is attached to the wall's framing or boled directly to the framing.
7. How do I know if my Princeton Brass pressure balance valve is working properly?
Your Princeton Brass Shower valve is designed to compensate for any drops in water pressure, you can turn on your shower to the desired temperature, flush the toilet and open the lavatory faucet cold water valve, you should see a  drop in the flow of your shower, but the temperature should be at the same range (+/- 4 Degrees) as set previously, also you may fully close one of the two screwdriver stops, upon closing any one of the two stops you should see the water flow stop altogether.
8. How do I know which types of faucet fit to my sink?
First. determine the numbers of hole and space prior buying your faucet.  The space is measure from the hole center to hole center and available in single hole, two hole (usually 3-3/8" to 4"), three hole (6", 8" or 6" - 16" on widespread models) and four hole (6", 8" or 6" to 16" on widespread models.)
9. How many holes are need to mount my Princeton Brass kitchen Faucet
Depending on your faucet style the hole requirement varies.
10. How many strainers do I need for my sink?
You need a strainer/drain for every bowl in your sink that will not have a garbage disposal.
11. How much space is needed for installing a vessel sink?
All Princeton Brass vessel sink are from 15” to 20” in diameter and about 5” – 8” bowl deep.  Most of the vessel sink are come with installation template and manual.  Make sure there is appropriate amount of space to accommodate the sink and accessories.  Accessory like drain is sold separately.
12. How to pick a right sink for my bathroom?
Before choosing a sink, determine how much space you will need to install. Make sure the sink will fit to onto countertop or cabinet base and leave enough room to install the faucet and other bathroom

14. If I have Princeton Brass straight supply lines can I hook them up to my Princeton Brass wall mounted tub faucet?
No this is pretty much impossible to do and we do not recommend anyone try to do so. Straight supplies are used for mounting a deck mount tub filler and that is all we suggest you use them for.

16. Is sealant needed to install my faucet drain assembly?
Yes we recommend that a silicon base sealant be used when installing your drain, plumbers putty is not recommended as it may shorten the life of the finish on your drain
17. My trip lever is not working what should I do?
Removed entire mechanism by loosening the two screws on the face plate, carefully pull and inspect the mechanism to insure that all the pieces move freely. Sometimes due to extreme mineral deposits, it is necessary to soak in a 50/50 solution of Water & Vinegar.
18. What can I do to correct the situation on my valve is upside down?
The first option would be to remove the valve and reinstall the valve correctly, but you can also use our instruction for reversing the cartridge, this will correct the water flow, which will give you cold water as you turn on your valve and will warm up as you turn on to full ON position.
You will nonetheless still have to live with the water coming out of both the spout and the showerhead
19. What do I know which strainer fitting my sink?
GOURMETIER sink drain holes are standard size (3-1/2") for kitchen sink and 2" for bar sink.
20. What happens if my valve is upside down?

Self rimming sink has a lip that folds over the countertop and is therefore resting on top of the countertop cutout.

Applying Teflon tape on all joint works best on all the threaded connections

The standard recommended hole size is 1 3/8”
24. What is Undermount sink? And is it more complicated than self-rimming sink?
Fasteners is require to securely mount an undermount sink underneath the countertop so that the polished edge of granite or marble is exposed above the sink. An undermount sink cutout requires more polishing and installation labor than a self-rimming sink.
25. What should I do if my vessel sink is not come with a pre-drilled faucet holes?
Some of the Princeton Brass vessel sink has pre-drilled faucet holes but some don’t. If you vessel sink is without pre-drilled faucet holes, decide where you want the faucet to be in relation to the
